Am I required to make my property available to Section 8?
Yes , However the Source of Income is only one of several factors when considering which applicant to approve . -

Can I reach you after hours?
You will have a single point of contact whom you should be able to reach most of the time. -
Can you put the money directly into my account?
Yes, we use a faster version of ACH payments to owners that gets your money there a day sooner, because every day matters. -
Do I get to see the lease or sign it?
We will send you a copy of our lease upon request. -
Do you sell real estate too?
Our agents do not sell real estate. We can refer you to partner agents who do. Our Broker, Barry Mathis does buy sell and invest in Real Estate for himself and other investors. -
How and when do I get my checks?
Monthly around the 8th of each month your proceeds will be direct deposited into the account you provide to us. -
How is rent collection handled?
Most rents are paid via an online portal , we also accept checks or money orders in our office. -
How long of a lease do you sign?
The majority of our leases are for 1 year. We do manage some mid term Furnished properties with shorter time periods and some Commercial Properties with longer leases. -
How much security deposit do you charge the tenant?
Most tenants pay a security deposit equal to a full months rent. -
How soon can you start managing my property?
It typically takes us 3 to 5 business days to onboard a new property. -
What type of properties do you manage?
Mostly Single Family Homes , about 20% Multifamily and 15% Commercial. -
What type of reports do I get and how often?
You will receive a monthly statement of payments and charges. Custom Statements can be requested as well. -
Who holds the tenant security deposit?
Most owners prefer not to have to adhere to the requirements of holding tenants funds themselves, we hold all funds in our Trust Account.
