Can you hold a place before I apply?
We do not hold properties without an approved application and a signed lease with a holding deposit of $500. -
Do I pay first month’s rent and last month’s rent with my security deposit?
Security deposits are held until after move out to ensure they are available as needed for damages or unpaid charges or fees. -
How old do you have to be to apply?
18 years old. -
Is the deposit refundable?

Who needs a cosigner?
Those with FICA under 600. -
You have a property I want to rent. How do I apply?
Simply click on the website or send us your email address and the property you are interested in and we will send you an application. -
How do I pay rent?
The first month is paid. After that, you can pay via an online portal or by check, cashiers check or money order. -
I want to get a pet. What do I do?
Create a service request and wait for us to get a response from the owner. -
I want to move out, but my roommate wants to stay. What do I do?
Your room mate will need to qualify on their own or with another roommate. -
My lease expiration is coming and I want to move out. What do I do?
Simply give us a quick shout and turn in your 30 Day notice. -
Who is responsible for paying for repairs & maintenance requests?
The owner will take care of most issues unless it is deemed to be tenant caused.
